Pastor Larry D. Chadwick

Pastor Larry D. Chadwick hails from Kinston, North Carolina, and is the son of the late Deacon Hardy M. Chadwick and Mother Ella Grace Chadwick. He distinguished himself academically, graduating with honors from Goldsboro High School as a proud member of the National Honor Society. His academic journey continued at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy & Administration. Seeking to deepen his expertise, he pursued advanced studies at Duke University and the University of North Carolina, culminating in a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. Later, he furthered his education at Rutgers University, obtaining a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on strategic healthcare management. Pastor Chadwick boasts a commendable 25-year career as a healthcare executive and holds certification as a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Pastor Chadwick's spiritual journey began at Hickory Grove Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ, where he was ordained as a deacon at the young age of 22, becoming the youngest deacon ever ordained within the Disciples of Christ. He received biblical education from the Goldsboro/Raleigh Assembly Bible Institute

In August 1993, Pastor Chadwick joined Bibleway Deliverance Center Church under the leadership of Bishop Wayne L. Johnson. Pastor Chadwick embraced the deliverance ministry and considered Bishop Johnson as his mentor and spiritual father in the gospel. Actively involved in various roles within the ministry, he eventually became Executive Pastor in June 2008, overseeing numerous aspects of the ministry including the Annual Deliverance Holy Convocation & Convention, and the ministerial staff.
Upon relocating to Ohio, Pastor Chadwick joined St. Ashworth Temple COGIC, where he was ordained as an Elder by Bishop Edward T. Cook of Ohio North First Jurisdiction.

In December 2019, Pastor Larry D. Chadwick was appointed as the Senior Pastor of Unity Holiness Ministries and officially installed in January 2020 by Bishop Emmit Nevels, Sr., Jurisdictional Prelate of Ohio West.

Currently, Pastor Chadwick serves as Vice President of Operations and Programs for the Akron Urban League, having also held the positions of president & CEO twice during his tenure as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Pastor Chadwick is happily married to Lady Andreanna Chadwick, and is a proud father of two sons, Abel and Alec, and a loving grandfather to Melania Chadwick.
