As a church, Unity Church Of God In Christ's primary mission is to teach Christian theology, to embrace people of all backgrounds with a message of unconditional love and abundant grace, and to serve the spiritual and physical needs of people while adhering to Christian principles. We envision a community of fully equipped believers of Jesus Christ who endeavor to proclaim the message of hope and facilitate opportunities for progress within our community.
Food Pantry
The food pantry is open every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm by appointment only. Anyone in need of food, please call the office. If you have family members, friends, or co-workers who need help with food, we are available to help them as well. The food is FREE and available to all Summit County residents monthly who meet income guidelines.
Community Connector
Our Community Connector, Sis. Shirley Finney, is ready to support you in accessing the resources within our community that can help with your needs. This encompasses assistance with utilities, clothing, food, and beyond. For further details, please contact the office.
Words of Encouragement
Mo. Ethel Satterwhite sends words of encouragement or prayer via phone every Monday at 1:00 pm.
